In my experience, teams rarely struggle because people don’t care. Most people come to work wanting to do a good job and make a positive contribution. But we’re human beings. We need to feel valued, connected to the people around us and clear about why our work matters. When those things are missing, it’s easy for teams to lose momentum and for people to disengage.

Team Impact Diagnostic – A health check for your team
Sometimes you can sense that something isn’t quite right in a team, but nobody can quite put their finger on what it is.
The Team Impact Diagnostic gives everyone a voice and allows people to share their experience anonymously. It looks at things like communication, collaboration, accountability and whether people feel valued and involved in the team.
The results help teams move beyond guesswork and focus on what matters most. It can be used as a one-off health check or as a regular sense check to keep the conversation going and track progress over time.

Lego® Serious Play® – Thinking differently together
Sometimes the best ideas and insights emerge when people are given a different way to think and communicate.
Using LEGO bricks as a thinking tool, teams build models that help bring thoughts, experiences and perspectives to life. It often helps people express things they might struggle to put into words and creates conversations that simply wouldn’t happen in a typical meeting room discussion.
What I see time and time again is people listening more closely, understanding each other better and discovering new ways to tackle challenges together.
